Data source
Bike-Pump is built from public OpenStreetMap data and focuses on making bicycle pump and repair station information easier to find, compare, and report.
Station records are generated from OpenStreetMap tags for bicycle pumps, compressed air, repair tools, access, operators, valves, opening hours, addresses, and coordinates.
The site builds city-level SEO statistics from the local OSM CSV during the build process. City pages use real station counts, pump counts, repair counts, top visible stations, nearby cities, and the latest generated date.
City pages are indexable only when the city is routeable and has enough useful local data, or when it is on the priority-city list. Thin city pages and map views stay noindex, follow.
Open map and station data can be incomplete or outdated. Users can report corrections through Bike-Pump, and long-term improvements should also be contributed back to OpenStreetMap.
